PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY


Are your products genuine?

Our products are 100% genuine, direct from the manufacturers. Full proof of product authenticity is available with all of our products.

The All Rounder Cricket Store (Toronto) is an authorized dealer of cricket equipment from all of the brands that we carry. You may confirm our authenticity by viewing our dealer certificate provided by Sanspareils Greenlands (SG): click here.

ORDERS & SHIPPING


How do I qualify (get) free shipping?

Shipping to a Canadian address – Free shipping on orders over $200 (CAD).

Shipping to a US address – Free shipping on orders over $300 (CAD).

All orders will be sent by Canada Post to both Canada and the USA (delivered locally by USPS). Contact us if you are looking for a different carrier (shipping service).

What carrier do you use?

We ship with Canada Post. Default shipping is Canadian Regular Parcel (with tracking).

If you would like to use another carrier (not Canada Post), please contact us immediately with your order details and carrier choice. (Click here). We are most happy to accommodate your request.

What is the handling time for my order?

All orders are shipped within one (1) business day.

If your order is placed on the weekend or a holiday, your order will ship out on the next business day.

Where do you ship to?

We are currently shipping all across Canada and the United States of America.

Please contact us if you are looking to order from a country not mentioned here. We are able to arrange a special shipment to you.

CUSTOM SERVICES


Do you offer Bat Services?

Yes. We offer Cricket bat oiling, knocking by hand and bat maintenance. On every cricket bat product page, you may select the bat service(s) that best suit your needs. Please allow for extra time before your bat is ready to be shipped.

How long does your Bat Service take to complete?

Please all for approximately 15 days for the oiling, hand knocking and protective film to be applied and completed.

Can you provide custom-made equipment?

Yes we do! We are able to source custom-made equipment directly from the manufacturers. Please contact us with the specifics of your custom request and we will be in-touch as soon as possible.

BULK ORDERING


Do you offer bulk orders for teams, clubs and associations?

We provide wholesale rates for bulk orders of teams/clubs. We also provide special rates for SG White Cricket Balls and BDM White Royal Stag Cricket Balls when you purchase a minimum of 12 balls. Our Bulk Order form can be found here and submitted to our team for pricing.

PRICING & PRICE-MATCHING


What currency is your store priced in?

Our store uses Canadian Dollar (CAD). This allows big savings (often 20-30% depending on the exchange rate) when you purchase and ship to the USA.

Do you price match?

Yes we do. Should you find the exact same product for a lower listed price, contact us directly with proof-of-price. For example: take a screenshot of the web-listing with the price clearly displayed as well as the URL (website) and we will be in-touch as soon as possible.

CRICKET BAT SIZING


Do you have information on the sizing of your Sanspareils Greenlands cricket bats?

The majority of cricket bats that we offer are in “full size,” also known as SH. You may review the different bat sizes here. The majority of our clients prefer Full Size.

HELMET SIZING


Do you have information on the sizing of your helmets?

Helmets are listed in sizing termed: Small, Medium, Large, etc.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


How long do I have to return an item?

Items must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.

What is the procedure for a return or an exchange?

Contact us through e-mail, Whatsapp or by phone call.

If the item is in its original packaging and is unused, you can ship it back to us at: 40 Devondale Avenue, North York, ON, M2R 2E2, Canada. We will refund you using the same payment method. Buyer must pay shipping cost (return shipping charges).

What items are NOT returnable?

Items that are not in their original packaging, or those items that have been used are not eligible for return.

English Willow bats are also final sale because we oil and hand knock each bat purchased from our store.

Am I safe when shopping on your website?

Your security is very important to us. Every page on our website uses SSL protection which allows for optimal security. Paypal adds an additional layer of security when processing your payment at checkout.

Is my personal data safe?

Absolutely. We do not store your personal details for any other use than to ship your order to you.
